These Terms govern your use of Novaria. By using Novaria, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Novaria Is

Novaria is a movie, TV show, anime and documentary tracking and discovery application.

Novaria helps users organize watch history, build a library, import TV Time archive data and discover content.

Novaria does not provide video streaming, downloads or copyrighted video content.

2. Accounts

You may use Novaria as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. User Library and Imported Data

You are responsible for the data you import or add to Novaria.

TV Time ZIP import is optional and is used only to help recreate your personal watch library.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, attack or disrupt Novaria
• Upload malicious files
• Use Novaria for piracy or copyright infringement
• Misrepresent your identity
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems

5. Reviews and Community Content

If Novaria allows reviews or community features, you are responsible for what you post.

We may remove content that is abusive, illegal, spam, misleading, hateful, or violates spoiler/report rules.

6. No Streaming Content

Novaria does not host or stream movies, shows or episodes.

Any external provider or platform information is for discovery and tracking purposes only.

7. Third-Party Services

Novaria may use third-party services for authentication, metadata, hosting, analytics, support and payments if applicable.

Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

8. Metadata and Availability

Movie and TV metadata, ratings, posters, cast, providers and availability may come from third-party sources.

We do not guarantee that all metadata is accurate, complete or always available.

9. App Changes

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of Novaria.

10. Limitation of Liability

Novaria is provided as-is. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, service interruptions or inaccurate third-party metadata to the fullest extent allowed by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
